I had a great experience with Cozibag. I contacted Customer Services with some slightly odd questions about the faux leather's resilience to sunlight and cat claws and got some very helpful and quick responses from Scott. The ordering of fabric samples was easy and they were free which was a great additional service. In fact the colours on the website are a good representation of the fabrics once they arrive. Ordering of 1 XL and 1 XXL High Back bag was easy, delivery was very fast and the ability to track the delivery online and the nominated 1 hour delivery slot (which the delivery driver was completely on time for) were really helpful. Once the bags arrived I was even more impressed than I had hoped to be. The material was very nice quality, looks the part, feels robust and seems to be very well made. And they are EXTREMELY comfortable. All in all I can recommend Cozibag unreservedly, for their service, website and products. |

I was extremely impressed with the service from Cozibag and, more importantly, the quality of the product. My eight year old daughter is thrilled with the bean bag and loves making it into different shapes. Its not packed hard so is really soft and flexible and the faux leather is so convincing people think its real. I have already recommended cozibags to my friends and family and will be back for a repeat purchase nearer Christmas for my son. Cracking product for a cracking price. |
