If you placed an order but accidentally chose the wrong shipping zone and need to pay the surcharge for UK Zone 3 or 4, Channel Isles or Republic of Ireland, you can pay here (see delivery zones).

How to use this payment system

1. Take a note of the order number for which you are paying a delivery surcharge (this can be found under the 'My Orders' section of your account once you have logged in)
2. On the Surcharge page, simply add the number of items that you wish to pay for to your basket (e.g. if you bought 2 items, add 2 surcharges to your cart).
3. Go through the checkout process as you would any normal purchase.  The price currently shows as £0.00 because the shipping surcharge will be automatically added once you've amended your delivery address to show the correct delivery zone.
4. Add a short comment on the 'Addresses' page of the checkout to confirm which order number the surcharge relates to.
