If you placed an order but accidentally chose the wrong delivery zone or delivery option, please use this page to pay the applicable surcharge (see further information on delivery zones).

HOW TO USE THIS PAGE

1. Login to your Cozibag account
2. Take a note of the order number for which you will be paying a surcharge (this can be found on the order confirmation email you received or under the 'My Orders' section of your account)
3. Click back to this page and select the relevant delivery zone from the drop-down box (please also select the quantity of products - for example, if you bought 2 bean bags, you would enter the quantity as '2')
4. Click Add to cart and begin the checkout process
5. On the Addresses page of the checkout, please enter a short note to confirm which order the surcharge payment relates to (this will simply help us to process the order quickly and without error)
