Dispatch
If your order is placed by 11am Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays), it will be dispatched the same day provided your product is in stock and the order does not exceed 2 bean bags. If your order is placed after 11am or exceeds 2 bean bags, it will be dispatched the next working day.
As soon as we dispatch your order we will send email notification providing you with courier tracking details so that you can track the delivery on the courier website.
Delivery time
Standard delivery is the next working day (when ordered by 11am Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays) between 07:30 and 17:30 - except for UK regions listed above, which are 48hrs, and unless otherwise stated on individual product pages. We cannot give more specific delivery times unless you request a special delivery option (by 10am or by 12noon). We will send a dispatch confirmation email to inform you of the courier tracking details and the expected delivery date and time. We cannot provide any further details other than those outlined in the confirmation email and it is not Cozibag policy to phone customers to confirm deliveries, so please ensure that you check the email address that you entered when placing your order.
If no-one is in
If no-one is in to sign for the delivery, the courier may leave it with a neighbour or in a safe place such as a reception area or consierge - in each case, the delivery must be signed for. Alternatively, the courier may return your bean bag(s) to the local delivery depot and automatically attempt re-delivery another day (usually the following working day). In all instances, a card will be left notifying you that delivery was attempted.
If the courier returned your bean bag(s) to the delivery depot, it is your responsibilty to make further arrangements with them directly (using the details provided on the attempted-delivery card). They will usually offer the following options: collection from the depot; new delivery date and/or change of address (there may be a charge for a change of delivery address); delivery to a local Post Office.
If delivery is delayed or lost by the courier
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to adverse weather conditions, etc - this is out of our control and although we will chase it up on your behalf to ensure you receive it as quickly as possible, we cannot offer any compensation. If delivery is delayed due to a simple courier error, we will refund any special delivery surcharges you may have paid.
If your bean bag is lost by the courier, we will dispatch a replacement bag immediately.
RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY
Unwanted items
We know it's sometimes difficult buying over the internet, so in the event that your beanbag is unsuitable in any way, we will arrange for a courier to collect it and provide you an immediate refund minus a small fee to cover our return courier costs. To be completely fair to our customers, WE DO NOT CHARGE FOR THE ORIGINAL DELIVERY COST when goods are returned. The following conditions apply:
- You must notify us, preferably by email, within 10 working days of receipt of your order.
- The bean bag must not be used (other than to try it out for size) and should be in the same condition that you received it.
- You must keep the original packaging to return the bean bag in.
- A small fee of £12 (+ surcharge if applicable - please see 'Delivery Costs') per item will be deducted from your refund to cover the return courier cost. Please be aware that due to courier size restrictions, large items may be delivered/returned in 2 separate packages and each package will be charged a return fee of £12 (+ surcharges if applicable). Please read the information on individual product pages to check if a product is delivered in more than one package.
- Collections are made between 12:00 and 17:30, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).
Faulty items
If your beanbag is faulty upon receipt, we will provide either an identical replacement or a full and immediate refund including the reimbursement of all postage costs (if applicable).

Your statutory consumer rights are not effected.
