Genuine Leather: 1 year

Cozibags are manufactured from the highest quality materials but reasonable care must be taken to look after them. Cozibag guarantee that from the date of purchase and for the period described above, the bean bag will not suffer any excessive degradation other than can be reasonably expected through every day wear and tear. In particular:

The material should not flake, crack or split excessively so as to expose the cotton underlayer or internal filling
The stitching should not come apart so as to cause leakage of internal filling

If, during the guarantee period, a Cozibag bean bag suffers excessive and unreasonable degradation not caused by abuse or neglect, Cozibag will be happy to either repair the fault or offer a replacement item.

How to take reasonable care of a Cozibag bean bag:

Keep away from water (Everlast bags are splash resistant but should not be subjected to excessive amounts or prolonged exposure)
Keep away from adhesive or corrosive materials
Keep away from sharp objects
Avoid extreme temperatures (i.e. below 5 degrees C or above 38 degress C)
Do not expose to prolonged periods of direct sunlight

IMPORTANT: this guarantee does not cover the following:

The colour steadfastness of your bean bag. Due to the nature of the dye and as with all coloured leather and leatherette materials, some colours may fade if exposed to direct and prolonged sunlight.
The polystyrene bead filling. As with all bean bags, over time the filling may compress and it may be necessary to periodically top-up with new polystyrene bead. With regular use (most days for long periods) a top-up would typically be required every 6 to 12 months; with casual use a top-up would typically be necessary after 12 to 18 months.
