Refunds

Once your item has been returned to us, we just need a bit of time to process the return in the warehouse and inspect the product to make sure everything is ok.  Therefore we will process all refunds within 5 working days of the item being returned (when we arrange collections with out own courier, we usually receive them within 2 days of them being collected).

We will return the funds (minus any applicable deductions) to the account of origin.  For debit and credit card payments this usually means that funds will be credited to your account within a day or two of our processing the refund, though bank processing times do vary and we must advise that it can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.

For Paypal and Google Checkout payments, there may be a slight delay in the time it takes for the funds to reach your account.  This is because Paypal and Google Checkout facilities are not bank accounts and we therefore don't hold permanent funds in them.  Any refund we issue to a Paypal or Google Checkout account may require the funds to first be collected by Paypal or Google Checkout from our bank account via a direct debit, causing a further delay of up to 10 working days.
