All of the materials used in our bean bags are sourced from only the highest quality suppliers; we don't skimp on quality as we only want to offer the best products.
Everlast Faux Leather is the highest quality luxury imitation leather and is unique to Cozibag Bean Bags in the UK.
Unlike virtually all other faux leather materials, which are comprised solely of PVC (or similar) and other synthetic materials, Everlast is largely cotton based with a thin polymer coating. This produces a much higher quality finish which is virtually indistinguishable from its natural alternative.
Being twice as thick as many faux leathers, Everlast is much stronger and, unlike the other thick materials on the market, remains beautifully soft and supple - it's 'hand' (a term used to describe the softness of real leather) is similar to a semi-coated nappa leather. Like real leather, it even improves with age by becoming even more pliable but with no less of strength.
We are extremely confident in the strength of our beanbags and often prove it to customers when we exhibit at shows by using the 'dive bomb' test: jumping on one from a small step ladder! The seams are all triple stitched using 'Saphire' industrial thread, and the material is so strong that it won't tear on the seam, as many cheaper imitations do. It's for these reasons that we don't use seperate lining bags - we don't require any extra strength and the bead remains free to move around every nuck and crannie, making the bean bag more comfortable.

Nappa Leather is rightly associated with high-end furniture production, fashion products and luxury vehicle upholstery due to its soft, opulent texture. We use only the finest cow or buffalo hides for an exceptional finish.
Our nappa leather is full grain cow or buffalo hide from the softest, most supple cut. Drum dyed for full colour penetration (some cheaper leathers are surface sprayed only) and finished with a thin, low-gloss pigment for protection against spills and scuffs, the outcome is a fantastically soft yet durable leather.

All seams are either Top Stiched or Flat Fenell Stitched for superior strength and a beautiful finish.
