Delivery
At Cozibag, we understand the importance of offering great deals in a competitive market. Therefore, all of our shipping costs are kept as low as possible - in fact we subsidise them at a loss.
Orders of up to 3 items that are received by 11am Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) are dispatched the same day (4+ items may be dispatched the following working day).
Buy any product over £30 and we will provide free shipping to UK Zones 1 & 2 (details below).
When ordered by 11am Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays), delivery to Zone 1 will be the very next working day by 3pm, and to Zone 2 within 2 working days by 5pm (working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays).
Please carefully check the post code areas to determine whether or not your area is subject to a postage surcharge.
■ UK Zone 1: England, Wales & parts of Scotland
No postage surcharges for standard delivery.
Scottish residents: please check UK Zones 2 & 3 to see if surcharges apply to your postcode area.
Isle of White is included in UK Zone 1 but the 'Next Working-Day by 10am' service is not available.
■ UK Zone 2: parts of Scotland
No postage surcharge but the following postcode areas are only available on 2 working-day delivery:

Missed Deliveries
All deliveries must be signed for.
You can add a note to your order to ask the delivery driver to leave the parcel with a neighbour if you are not in.
If nobody is in when the driver calls and there are no instructions to deliver to a neighbour, a calling card will be left advising you how to arrange re-delivery or collection from the depot. Delivery will automatically be attempted again, usually the following working day, and another calling card left if nobody is in. After the second delivery attempt, the parcel will usually go back to the depot and be held for 48 hours before being returned to us. This will result in further delivery charges so please ensure you contact the courier as soon as possible.
