Order by 11am Monday to Friday to receive your bean bag the very next working-day - absolutely free of charge. This applies to UK Zone 1 delivery areas, other areas may take 2 working days (check postcodes below).
Orders of 4 or more items may take an extra day to be dispatched.

1 Hour estimated delivery timeslots
To help increase the chances of a successful delivery and to avoid you having to wait around all day, our courier will send a text message on the morning of the delivery to advise you of an estimated delivery time within a 1 hour window. If this time is unsuitable, you can reply to the text message to change the delivery date directly with the courier.
Simply supply us with your mobile phone number during checkout and we will add text notification to your order - completely free of charge. And don't worry, we would never use your number for marketing purposes or pass it on to anybody else.
Missed Deliveries
All deliveries must be signed for unless instructed to leave in a safe place at your own risk.
You can add a note to your order to ask the delivery driver to leave the parcel with a neighbour if you are not in.
If nobody is in when the driver calls and there are no instructions to deliver to a neighbour, a calling card will be left advising you how to arrange re-delivery or collection from the depot. At this point it is your responsibility to contact the courier, but will we help if required. Delivery will automatically be attempted again, usually the following working day, and another calling card left if nobody is in. After the second delivery attempt, the parcel will usually go back to the depot and be held for 48 hours before being returned to us. This will result in further delivery charges so please ensure you contact the courier as soon as possible.
Late Deliveries
Whilst the vast majority (more than 99%) of deliveries are made within the stated time, we cannot be held responsible for errors made by our contracted courier delivery firm. Once we have dispatched your item, we have fulfilled our contract with you. If a courier error does occur, we will endeavour to contact the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Where appropriate, we may refund delivery charges for late deliveries, within reason. However, we cannot reimburse money for any other costs incurred, including, but limited to, time taken off from work and/or travelling costs associated with collecting an item directly from a regional delivery depot.

Our Contract With You
Any order placed through www.cozibag.co.uk constitutes an offer by you to purchase a product from Cozibag, which is subject to our acceptance. After placing an order with us you will receive an email acknowledging that we have received your order ("Order Confirmation"). This does not mean that your order has been accepted. The contract between you and Cozibag (the "Contract") will be formed when we send you an email notifying you that your order has been dispatched. We cannot honour genuine pricing errors on the website. The Contract will only relate to those products detailed in the Order Confirmation. We will contact you within a reasonable time following receipt of your order, usually no later than 48 hours, to confirm if we accept or reject your order. Where we reject your order and revised terms cannot be agreed with you, we will refund in full any payment made by you immediately.
