Unwanted Items

We know it's sometimes difficult buying over the internet, which is why we offer free material samples and subsidised shipping charges.  However, if your product is unsuitable in any way, just let us know within 14 days of purchase and you can return it for a refund. We DO NOT charge a restocking fee but we must charge for postage fees incurred.  If you are unable to return the item(s) yourself, we can arrange for a courier to collect.

 

A) The following conditions apply in all events:

  1. You must notify us either via your customer control panel (login to your account at www.cozibag.co.uk, go to 'My Orders', select the appropriate order and complete the 'Merchandise Return' section) or by email (info@cozibag.co.uk) within 14 days of receipt of your order (please ensure you provide your order number).
  2. Your product should be returned in the same condition as when received.
  3. Refunds will be made within 5 working days of our receiving the returned product(s) in satisfactory condition

B) If arranging your own return:

  1. You must ensure the product(s) is/are packaged securely and sent using a recorded/signed-for delivery service which is insured against loss or damage - we cannot provide a refund if a product is lost or damaged by a delivery service that was not arranged by us.
  2. A delivery date must be agreed beforehand.
  3. Our original delivery shipping charge plus any applicable delivery surcharge (see delivery terms) will be deducted from your refund.  If you were originally given a special delivery discount, we will charge the usual, un-discounted shipping price  in order to cover our costs.  Please see 'Data Sheet' on individual product pages for applicable shipping costs.

C) If we arrange courier collection on your behalf:

  1. You must keep the original packaging in which to return your product(s) - failure to re-box them securely will result in the courier refusing collection, which will incur a further £8 charge.
  2. Collections are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 8:30am and 5pm.  Unfortunately, we cannot provide specific collection times.
  3. The delivery shipping charge and return shipping charge (at the same rate as the standard delivery charge) plus any applicable delivery surcharges (see delivery terms) for both delivery and return will be deducted from your refund.  If you originally received a special delivery discount, we will charge the usual, un-discounted shipping price in order to cover our costs.  Please check the 'Data Sheet' on individual product pages for applicable shipping costs.
    E.g. Item A has standard shipping of £10.  You live in England and receive free standard shipping - a total of £20 (2 x £10) would be deducted from refund.  E.g. 2: Item B has standard shipping of £10. You live in Northern Ireland and receive free standard shipping but pay the £8 shipping surcharge - a total of £36 (2 x £10 + 2 x £8) would be deducted from your refund.
  4. Failure to make the return item(s) available to the courier during the agreed times may result in a further £8 charge for a missed collection.

 

Faulty Items

If your bean bag is faulty upon receipt, we will provide either an identical replacement or full and immediate refund including reimbursement of all postage fees (if applicable).

If your bean bag develops a fault at a later date, please check the terms of our Guarantee.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
