Returns

'Us', 'We' and 'Our' all refer to Cozibag or Contemporary Design Ideas Ltd.

We know it's sometimes difficult buying over the internet, which is why we offer free material samples and subsidised shipping charges.  However, if your product is unsuitable in any way, just let us know by email to info@cozibag.co.uk within 7 days of purchase and you can return it for a refund. We DO NOT charge a restocking fee but we must charge for postage fees incurred.  If you are unable to return the item(s) yourself, we can arrange for a courier to collect.

 

Returns procedure:

  1. Please email us at info@cozibag.co.uk or contact us via your customer control panel (login to your account at www.cozibag.co.uk, go to 'My Orders', select the appropriate order and complete the 'Merchandise Return' section) within 7 days of receipt (please ensure you provide your order number).
  2. If you'd like us to arrange a courier collection, please make sure you read section A below.  If you'd prefer to send the item yourself, please read Section B.
  3. Your product should be returned in the same condition as when received.
  4. Refunds will processed within 5 working days of our receiving the returned product(s) in satisfactory condition (for more information, see our refunds policy)

A: If we arrange courier collection on your behalf

  1. Please keep the original packaging in which to return your product(s) and secure it using strong parcel tape.  Failure to re-box return items securely may result in the courier refusing collection, for which we must pass on a 'Nothing to Collect' fee of £8.00.
  2. Collections are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) between 8:00am and 5pm.  Unfortunately we cannot provide specific collection times so the item(s) must be made available all day.  It may be possible to leave it unattended in a safe place where the driver can collect, but please check with us first.
  3. We will deduct a £15 return postage fee plus any additional surcharge for items collected outside UK Zone 1, such as Scottish Highlands etc (please see delivery terms for surcharge information).  This charge applies to all products.
  4. Failure to make the return item(s) available for the courier on the agreed date will result in a further £8.00 charge for a missed collection.

B: If you arrange your own return

  1. You must ensure the product(s) is/are packaged securely and sent using a recorded/signed-for delivery service which is insured against loss or damage - we cannot provide a refund if a product is lost or damaged by a delivery service that was not arranged by us.
  2. A delivery date must be agreed beforehand.
  3. We will refund the full amount that you paid

Faulty Items

If your bean bag is faulty upon receipt, we will provide either an identical replacement or full and immediate refund including reimbursement of all postage fees (if applicable).

If your bean bag develops a fault at a later date, please check the terms of our Guarantee.

Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
