We take the privacy of our customers very seriously.

When you order products from our website we request that certain information be provided through the submission of online forms in order for us to verify your details and process your order.  Personal information such as your name, address, e-mail address, credit/debit card details and other personal identifying information may be required in order for us to fulfill your request.  This information is processed using fully secure SSL 256-bit encryption.

Any information you provide is used only by Cozibag or its parent company Contemporary Design Ideas Ltd to process your current order.  We promise that:

• All information that you enter on www.cozibag.co.uk web pages (including any personal information entered prior to being directed to the Sage Pay payment pages) will be sent securely through our own server using SSL 256-bit encryption (click here to view SSL certificate). 
• All financial data that you enter when making a purchase is processed using Sage Pay.  Sage Pay is a fully secure (minimum 256-bit encryption), professional and reputable third-party payment processing system used by many of the UK's largest companies.
• We do not pass on any information to any third party other than to a secure bank or payment processing system to process your payment.
• We do not store your financial data and have access to only restricted elements of it via our secure third-party processing system.

You can check for secure pages by looking out for 'https' at the start of the webpage address (also known as the URL) and the padlock/secure symbol, either in your browser address bar or towards the bottom right hand corner of your browser screen, depending on which browser you use.  For an example of a secure page, try going to our contact webpage and notice how it takes you to a secure page.  This page is secure because it allows you to enter information and send it to us.  Amazingly, some websites don't have their own encrypted security, so any messages you send them can be accessed by hackers.

We only store general contact information and the details of the product(s) you order.  This enables us to fulfill our own accounting and analytical requirements as well as reference any future queries you may have relating to your order.

From time to time we may inform you, via email, of any special offers that are available.  You can opt out of promotional emails at any time by following the instructions on the email.
